LinkLedger HQ, operated by LinkLedger — branded short links and click reporting (“LinkLedger,” “we,” or “us”), sells subscriptions to its branded short-link and click-reporting service.
Subscriptions and cancellation
The plan, price, billing interval, and included limits displayed at checkout apply to your purchase. The current planned Starter price is $9 per month; rely on the checkout page for the price and terms offered when you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically for the displayed period until cancelled. You may cancel future renewal in your account settings or by contacting support using the details shown on our website. Cancellation stops the next renewal and ordinarily leaves access available until the end of the period already paid for. It does not automatically cancel domain registrations, renewals, or other services purchased directly from another provider.
Refunds
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, subscription payments are non-refundable and we do not provide partial-period refunds for unused time after cancellation. If you believe you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or could not access a paid service because of a significant technical problem, contact support promptly with the account email and charge details. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, correct the charge, restore access, or provide a refund. Do not send full payment-card numbers in a support message. Refunds required by law will be provided as required by law.
How to contact us
Use the support contact shown on our website to request cancellation help or ask us to review a charge. Include the account email and relevant transaction date, but do not include sensitive card information. We may ask for reasonable information to verify the account and locate the payment. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
