Seller and service
LinkLedger HQ, operated by LinkLedger — branded short links and click reporting (“LinkLedger,” “we,” or “us”), provides an online service for creating and managing branded short links and viewing click activity. These terms apply to the service and website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use it for an organization, you confirm that you may accept these terms for that organization.
Accounts and acceptable use
Give accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the destinations and material you link to. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use each domain and destination. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, phishing, malware, unsolicited bulk messaging, infringement, or to harm or disrupt others. Do not bypass service limits or interfere with its security. We may disable a link or account when reasonably needed to address abuse, security, legal requirements, or a breach of these terms.
Your links and our service
You keep your rights in the content and destinations you submit. You give us permission to host, process, and display that material only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content and for maintaining your own domain registration and DNS settings. The service, including redirects and analytics, may change or be temporarily unavailable. Click reports are estimates based on available technical data and may not count every click or identify people accurately. We do not promise uninterrupted service or particular business results.
Plans, payment, and cancellation
Prices, included limits, and billing terms are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases or renewals with notice where required. The current planned Starter offer is $9 per month; the checkout page controls if its displayed terms differ. Paid subscriptions renew for the period shown at checkout until cancelled. You may cancel future renewal through account settings or by contacting support. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and amounts already paid are not refunded. Taxes or third-party charges may apply. Domain registration and renewal are arranged and paid for by you directly and are not included in a LinkLedger subscription.
Ending use; liability
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for a material breach, abuse, nonpayment, security risk, or where we must do so by law. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”; LinkLedger HQ is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or loss of data, revenue, or goodwill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where law does not allow them. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on the website. Changes apply from the stated effective date; continued use after that date means acceptance where permitted by law. For questions or support, use the contact details shown on our website.
